ArtVint products are made to order. Orders typically dispatch within 1–4 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery and tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier and begin after the order has been dispatched.

Delays

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.
